Job Title: Head of Public Law and Human Rights Department

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Public Law and Human Rights Department as Head of Department. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and operational management of the department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of Solicitors, Legal Executives, and paralegals/assistants in the Public Law and Human Rights Department
  • Develop and implement departmental strategies to achieve commercial goals and performance targets
  • Manage the performance of team members, ensuring ongoing development and growth
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
