Job Title: Head of Payroll
Location: Remote/Hybrid
Salary: £75,000 + bonus and company car
JGA Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Head of Payroll to lead their large payroll function and drive future improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Oversee: The team delivering payroll for over 10,000 employees, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Payroll Strategy: Continuously review and improve payroll and reward services to create a market-leading function.
- Project Management: Oversee key projects in collaboration with Senior Leadership, driving business growth and efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure full compliance with legislation and relevant agreements, maintaining a high level of regulatory awareness.
- Process Improvement: Review procedures to improve efficiency and promote continuous improvement, driving business excellence.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar Shared Services environment, with a strong background in payroll management.
- Project Management: Proven project management and implementation experience, with a track record of delivering successful projects.
- Team Management: Excellent team and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
- Payroll Expertise: High volume payroll experience, with a deep understanding of payroll processes and procedures.
- Leadership: Strong character with the ability to drive change and lead business growth, with a customer-centric approach.
