Become a key player as a Service Performance Manager

In this pivotal role, you will oversee performance management processes and spearhead ongoing enhancements within the Service Delivery team. Your responsibilities will encompass executing effective performance oversight, assisting in overcoming operational challenges, and ensuring adherence to essential performance metrics.

This full-time position supports hybrid working options, enabling a blend of onsite and remote work. We prioritize flexibility and are open to discussing various working arrangements during the selection process.

Key Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with ISO standards
  • Proven experience in risk assessment and problem resolution
  • ITIL Practitioner certification (V3 or V4)

Security Clearance: SC clearance is mandatory.
