Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Process Design Engineer to join our team at EC&I Partners Limited. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems for hazardous areas, ensuring compliance with ATEX regulations and industry standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop mechanical systems for hazardous areas, including knowledge of ATEX and mechanical design principles.
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to deliver technical support and ensure project success.
  • Undertake design reviews and attend design review meetings to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Specify project materials and provide in-house manufacturing support.
  • Manage, report, and approve the delivery of project drawings and associated records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Knowledge and experience of the design life cycles of a project.
  • Awareness of regulations and standards applicable to mechanical/process systems.
  • Experience working within the process, oil & gas, and petrochemical industry.
