About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Developer to join our team at Climate17, a purpose-led, international Renewable Energy & Sustainability recruitment firm. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in advising and managing clients across multiple projects, including negotiating terms and relevant experience and achievements in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screening of potential energy development sites and advising on opportunities.
  • Stakeholder management and coordination of planning applications.
  • Negotiating the acquisition and disposal of energy assets.
  • Managing and coaching junior members of the team.
Requirements
  • Excellent project management and people management skills.
  • Experience of advising and managing clients across multiple projects, including negotiating terms and relevant experience and achievements in the energy sector.
  • Sound knowledge of energy technologies and the various technical and environmental constraints.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal, strong leadership and line management skills is also required. You will be confident in speaking in public and hold a full clean driving licence.
