Job Title: Area Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Team First Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing relationships with M&E consultants and contractors across a range of commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with M&E consultants and contractors
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Manage projects from initial contact to completion, ensuring timely and effective delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the HVAC industry, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven sales

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of up to £43,000, plus a £5,000 bonus
