Aspirations Care Ltd seeks a motivated and compassionate individual to oversee the security and safety of our supported living environment, which accommodates adults with learning disabilities, mental health challenges, and Autism.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with morning routines. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness, eliminating potential hazards. Provide care and support as needed. Complete all necessary documentation. Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals. Uphold safeguarding responsibilities to protect the rights of adults to live safely and free from abuse or neglect. Provide personal care as required.

Required Skills and Experience:

We welcome applications from both experienced and inexperienced candidates, as we offer comprehensive training and ongoing support. Willingness to work independently overnight. A positive and nurturing disposition. A good sense of humor in occasionally challenging situations. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the staff team. A genuine passion for supporting individuals within the community.
