Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Assessor to join our team. As a Logistics Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering vocational qualifications to learners, drawing on your wealth of experience within the Logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and support learners working towards full Apprenticeship Standards in Supply Chain and Team Leading (Level 3).
  • Deliver and support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English at Level 2.
  • Deliver training via a mix of face-to-face, remote, and workshop delivery.
  • Manage your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
  • Organize and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
  • Support, advise, and motivate learners.
  • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner needs.
  • Work to learner review and completion timescales.
  • Meet Assessor KPIs in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork, and general administration.

Requirements:

  • Must hold solid occupational competency within Logistics at Team Leading level or above.
  • Experience of delivering staff training would be highly desirable.
  • Must be confident to deliver Functional Skills Maths, English, and ICT.
  • Must be flexible with travel.
  • Full, clean driving license and use of a vehicle.
