About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Photography Professional to join our team at Team ITG. As a key member of our in-house photography team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality visual content that meets the creative requirements of our clients and aligns with our company's brand guidelines.

As a Creative Imaging Specialist, you will work closely with our producers, art directors, and account teams to develop and execute photography projects that showcase our clients' products and services in the best possible light. Your expertise in lighting techniques, photography skills, and retouching abilities will be essential in creating visually stunning images that capture the essence of our clients' brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute photography projects that meet the creative requirements of our clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Utilize expertise in lighting techniques, photography skills, and retouching abilities to create high-quality visual content
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and aesthetics to ensure our visual content remains innovative and engaging
  • Manage and maintain a consistent high level of photography that aligns with our company's brand guidelines

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A strong portfolio that showcases your expertise in photography and retouching
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly competent in Photoshop and image processing software such as CaptureOne
  • A full driving license, as a percentage of the role will include shooting on location
