About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Growth Director to join our team at Inspired Thinking Group (ITG). As a key member of our Enterprise Growth Team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our photography and videography solutions, including our Capture Studio.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Growth Strategies: Proactively identify and open new opportunities for Capture by implementing new growth strategies, leveraging your expertise in business development and market analysis.
  2. Lead New Business Opportunities: Lead the proposal and overall new business process for all new business opportunities for Capture, operating as the senior and main point of contact and key expert.
  3. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with wider teams, including marketing and client services to support with identifying new growth opportunities and delivering high-quality services that exceed client expectations.
  4. Market Analysis and Trend Identification: Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
  5. Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers to support business development efforts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  6. Stay Ahead of Emerging Trends: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and creative trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  7. Marketing and Lead Generation: Support with the planning and execution of marketing and lead generation campaigns for Capture.
  8. Client Satisfaction and Retention: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and exploring opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  9. Industry Representation: Represent Capture at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
  1. Photography Expertise: Knowledge of photography including at least 3 years working within this space.
  2. Competitor Landscape: Strong knowledge of the competitor landscape within the UK.
  3. New Business Experience: Significant experience in new business or a similar growth role within the photography, creative, production, digital, or wider agency sector.
  4. Growth Strategy Development: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful growth strategies.
  5. Client Partnerships: Significant experience working with large scale consumer brands and experience working with clients as long-term partners as opposed to project or short term relationships.
  6. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  7. Creative Thinking: Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for identifying emerging trends.
  8. Growth-Focused Experience: Proven experience in a growth-focused role, preferably within a creative agency or studio environment.
