Visual Storyteller

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Photographer to join our team at Team ITG. As a key member of our in-house photography team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality imagery for our clients, both directly and through our group business.

Working closely with our producers, art directors, account teams, and clients, you will be expected to deliver photography that meets creative requirements and client brand guidelines. This will involve working on a variety of projects, from studio and location shoots to delivering high-quality images that meet our clients' needs.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be a focused and hard-working individual, and have the maturity and empathy to take direction well. You will also need to be able to remain calm and professional, even in challenging situations, and maintain a positive and proactive attitude when working individually or as part of a team.

• Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of work that showcases your expertise in photography and lighting techniques.
• Work closely with our creative team to deliver high-quality images that meet client briefs and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with our producers and art directors to plan and execute photography projects, including studio and location shoots.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of new trends, technologies, and aesthetics in the industry, and apply this knowledge to your work.
• Work closely with our team to develop and implement new ideas and solutions, and to improve our processes and workflows.

• A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your expertise in photography and lighting techniques.
• Highly competent in Photoshop and image processing software, such as CaptureOne.
• Experience working in a creative studio environment, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
• A full driving license, as a percentage of the role will involve shooting on location.
