Job Description

CAD Design Engineer / CAD Technician

We are seeking a skilled CAD Design Engineer or CAD Technician to join our team. This permanent role offers excellent opportunities for advancement and professional growth.

This position would be ideal for a recent graduate with experience in CAD design and a strong desire to develop their skills.

About the Company

Our client is a leading supplier of industrial ventilation and extraction systems, with over 20 years of experience in the industry.

They work with a range of businesses, from hotels and restaurants to public sector clients and major high street food chains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating design drawings for manufacturing, typically 2D with AutoCAD, including bend and cut points, brackets, supports, and fixtures.
  • Creating 3D drawings with SolidWorks, including elevations and support plans.
  • Working with Project Managers to establish the best design and ensuring the accuracy of the information received.

Future Responsibilities and Progression
