Job Description

CAD Design Engineer / CAD Technician

We are seeking a skilled CAD Design Engineer or CAD Technician to join our team. This permanent role offers excellent opportunities for advancement and professional growth.

This position would be ideal for a recent graduate with experience in CAD design and a strong desire to develop their skills.

About the Company

Our client is a leading supplier of industrial ventilation and extraction systems, with over 20 years of experience in the industry.

They work with a range of businesses, from hotels and restaurants to public sector clients and major high street food chains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating design drawings for manufacturing using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
  • Working with project managers to establish the best design and ensuring accuracy of information.
  • Developing skills and growing role into a project manager position.

Requirements

  • Proficient AutoCAD and SolidWorks skills.
  • Excellent numerical skills and fluency in technical and colloquial English.
  • Ability to develop engineering designs and progress them to the shop floor.
