About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Relocation Coordinator to join our team at Red Recruit. As a Relocation Coordinator, you will be responsible for acting as the main point of contact for customers, booking services, calculating and preparing quotes, and following up with all enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the movement of items within the UK and overseas, liaising with operations, partners, and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient logistics.
- Quote Preparation: Calculate and prepare quotes for clients, taking into account various factors such as customs clearances, insurance forms, and international border control.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and dealing with emails.
- Training and Development: Assist with the training of Relocation Administrators, helping them to progress to Relocation Coordinators.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 years' experience working in a similar role within the removals industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, good computer skills, and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- Language: Must be able to speak and write English fluently.
