Relocation Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relocation Coordinator to join our team at Red Recruit, a specialist recruitment agency in the Removals and Logistics industry.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as the main point of contact for customers, booking services, calculating and preparing quotes, and following up with all enquiries. On a day-to-day basis, you will be liaising with Operations, Partners, and Suppliers regarding the movement of items within the UK and overseas.
Key Responsibilities:
- International Movements: Focus on the international aspects of movements, including Import, Export, and European movements, while occasionally dealing with UK movements.
- Customs Clearances: Deal with customs clearances, insurance forms, international border control, and invoices for works.
- Training and Development: Assist with the training of Relocation Administrators, helping with their progression to Relocation Coordinators.
- Administrative Duties: Carry out general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and dealing with emails.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 years' experience working within a similar role within the Removals industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and strong customer service skills, with the ability to speak and write English fluently.
- Computer Skills: Good computer skills, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Administration: Good administration and data entry experience.
