Relocation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relocation Coordinator to join our team at Red Recruit. As a key member of our removals and logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and people across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Book services, calculate and prepare quotes, and follow up with all enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Liaise with Operations, Partners, and Suppliers to ensure smooth logistics and transportation of goods.
- Deal with customs clearances, insurance forms, international border control, and invoices for works.
- Assist with the training of Relocation Administrators and help with their progression to Relocation Coordinators.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and dealing with emails.
- At least 2 years' experience working in a similar role within the removals industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Good administration and data entry experience.
- Ability to speak and write English fluently.
