About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Operations Manager to join our team at Elvie. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing all direct cash flow activities, ensuring timely payments to employees, clients, and suppliers, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize cash flow processes, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Develop and implement financial controls to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with the financial controller to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
  • Lead a team of two to ensure seamless financial operations and provide guidance on financial procedures.
  • Proactively drive cash collection by building relationships with key customers and overseeing credit policy.
  • Optimize reporting and utilize financial systems to prepare aged AR and AP reporting for senior stakeholders.
  • Support the day-to-day management of bank processes, including utilizing banking facilities.
  • Responsible for key balance sheet reconciliations, including bank, AR, and AP.
  • Build strong relationships across the business to ensure proactive management of queries and resolution.
  • Day-to-day administration of the P2P system, including setting up new raisers and approvers, and setting up limits in line with the authority matrix.
  • Support in providing deliverables in line with year-end audit requirements.
  • Support in reviewing expense policy and launching new ones in line with business needs.
  • Process improvement across P2P, O2C, and banking.
Requirements
  • Expert in P2P and O2C processes (Tipalti).
  • Familiar with banking portals and ERP platforms (NetSuite).
  • Solid accounting skills and experience in preparing balance sheets reconciliations, including bank, AR, and AP.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive process improvements.
