Collections Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Collections Specialist to join our finance operation at Omega Resource Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maximising cash collections and minimising debt through excellent customer service and efficient debt processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with customers in financial difficulty, communicating effectively across various channels.
- Take payments and negotiate affordable repayment options with customers and their representatives.
- Quickly understand the root cause of customer contact and take ownership for solving queries first time.
- Process, cleanse and format data and update systems and records accurately.
- Adhere to industry compliance and regulations, including the Data Protection Act and Vulnerability Commitment.
- Take ownership for personal and team success by effectively managing your time.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements in ways of working within the team and customer service experience.
- Passion and experience in delivering excellent customer service via previous customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Organised problem solver who handles pressure well.
- ITT proficient.
