Revenue Management Specialist

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Controller to join their team. As the main point of contact for billing and collection matters, you will play a crucial role in maximising billings and collections.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Performance: Undertake regular calls and meetings to discuss WIP and accounts receivable balances, ensuring performance across the firm.
- Maintain SLA's and Governance: Adhere to the governance framework, ensuring the accuracy of billing and maintaining extensive knowledge of all significant WIP and debt balances.
- Analyse and Report: Report on and analyse the effects of WIP and debt balances on short and long-term financial goals of each office.
- Cash Target Management: Play a key role in ensuring the firm achieves its cash targets by managing and supporting the credit controllers.
- Missing Timesheets and Time Recording: Monitor missing timesheets and incorrect time recording behaviour, ensuring prompt follow-up.
- Billing Deadlines: Play a key role in ensuring the firm meets all billing deadlines and proactively supports the Revenue Manager.
- Right-to-Work in the UK: Full right-to-work in the UK with prior experience working within a UK finance team.
- Financial Software Experience: Prior experience of 3E, EBillingHub, or Elite Enterprise is an advantage but not necessary.
- Professional Services Experience: Prior experience working within a professional services environment, with WIP management experience.
- Communication Skills: Experienced dealing with all levels, with knowledge of standard billing practices and procedures.
- Technical Skills: Experience working with MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Systems Change Management: Systems change management experience desirable.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary of circa £38,000 per annum.
- Annual Leave: 25 days annual leave + BH's.
- Flexibility: Flexibility around hours (between 7am and 12pm - 4pm and 8pm).
