About the Role:
Hays Specialist Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Management Specialist to join their team as a Revenue Controller. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to take on a key role in driving revenue growth and ensuring the accuracy of billing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake regular calls and meetings to discuss Work-in-Progress (WIP) and accounts receivable balances to drive performance across the firm.
- Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and adhere to the governance framework to ensure the accuracy of billing.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of all significant WIP and debt balances; report on and analyze the effects on short- and long-term financial goals.
- Play a key role in ensuring the firm achieves its cash targets by managing and supporting the credit controllers.
- Monitor missing timesheets and incorrect time recording behavior and ensure that missing timesheets are promptly followed up.
- Play a key role in ensuring the firm successfully meets all billing deadlines and proactively supports the Revenue Manager.
Requirements:
- Full right-to-work in the UK with prior experience working within a UK finance team.
- Prior experience working within a professional services environment, with WIP management experience.
- Experienced dealing with all levels.
- Knowledge of standard billing practices and procedures.
- Experience working with MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Systems change management experience desirable.

- A competitive salary of circa £38,000 per annum.
