About the Role:

Coburg Banks Limited is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our residential home for adults with Learning Disabilities. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high standards of care and support for our service users.
  • Manage a team of dedicated staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
  • Work closely with service users to understand their needs and preferences, and to develop strategies to meet their individual requirements.
  • Prepare and implement plans for the home's expansion, including the potential for increasing the number of residents from 6 to 8.
  • Engage with staff development, including supporting Deputy Managers in their progression and career growth.

Requirements:

  • Possess NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care, with a willingness to work towards level 5.
  • Experience as a Deputy Manager looking to step up or a current Registered Manager seeking a new challenge.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, staff, and stakeholders.
