Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Systems Administrator to join our team at PA Housing. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our core finance system (Oracle) and associated software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership Role: Act as the primary finance team interface with IT for significant general ledger financial systems issues and enhancement requests.
- Chart of Accounts Management: Manage the Chart of Accounts and reporting hierarchies across all affected systems.
- Super-User Role: Perform or delegate the roles of Oracle super-user and spreadsheet server, ensuring all essential system administration tasks meet standards.
- Troubleshooting & Testing: Investigate system issues through troubleshooting and testing, identifying solutions to minimize service disruption.
- System Enhancements: Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and automation to enhance financial processes.
- Access Management: Manage access matrices for all finance team members to ensure appropriate segregation of duties for each role.
- Audit Support: Assist auditors by providing necessary support and ensuring systems comply with PA Financial Regulations.
Requirements:
- Software Proficiency: Extensive experience with various software applications typically used within a finance function.
- High-Performance Background: Proven experience in a high-performing finance function.
- Advanced Excel Skills: Expertise in using Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.
