Education Coordinator

The Education and Events Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the seamless production and coordination of all Education activities and events across owned Business Centres (BCs) and shared BCs within the Shiseido Group portfolio.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Education and Events Manager to execute training initiatives, including venue booking and travel arrangements for delegates and team members. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of all brand education activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Education and Events Manager in executing training initiatives, including venue booking and travel arrangements.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for training initiatives across all brands for both delegates and team members as required.
  • Support the production, logistics, and operations of all brand education activities as required by the Education and Events Manager.
  • Procure and manage supplier relationships for educational assets.
  • Order and coordinate training stock for all brand education activities.
  • Track budgets by brand for all education costs raised under this role.
  • Creation of purchase orders for all brands in the Education Department.
  • Attend major education events as required.

Profile, Skills, and Experience Required:

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to find smarter ways of operating.
  • Good geographical knowledge of the UK and ROI.
  • Ability to work under pressure managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility and agility to changing needs of the business.
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in working in a fast-paced commercial office environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate well with multi-faceted departments and aid in creating a happy equilibrium.
