About the Role
Cygnet Health Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Ward Manager to lead our CAMHS service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the ward, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and effective treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to ensure effective collaboration and communication
- Monitor and audit adherence to policies and procedures, providing guidance and support as needed
- Facilitate regular debrief sessions, appraisals, and training to promote continuous professional development
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and consistent patient care plans
Requirements
- Extensive experience in forensic mental health services, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and requirements
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex cases and navigating challenges within forensic mental health settings
- Strong clinical leadership skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and effective treatment plans
- Genuine passion and commitment to working with individuals who have a personality disorder, fostering a compassionate and supportive environment
