Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales Operations Coordinator with a strong background in administrative support and advanced technical capabilities.

In this role, you will oversee the sales order workflow, collaborating closely with suppliers, logistics providers, clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement and receipt of new inventory, including managing supplier timelines and preparation tasks.
  • Coordination with the purchasing ledger and rental sales divisions.
  • Preparation of monthly performance reports to track key performance indicators and organizational expenditures.
  • Drafting and finalizing contracts, equipment agreements, and company accounts.
  • Supporting sales managers in the generation of monthly analytics.
