SF Recruitment are seeking a Part-Time Administrator to join our clients Fleet Management team in Hucknall. This role offers 20 hours per week spread over 4 days, providing essential administrative support to their dynamic team. Responsibilities: Assist the Fleet Management team with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members. Maintain accurate records of fleet assets, including vehicles, equipment, and maintenance schedules. Respond promptly to inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders. Support procurement processes related to fleet management, including ordering parts and supplies. Assist with organising and maintaining digital and physical filing systems. Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Fleet Management department. Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules. Benefits: Flexible working hours over 4 days to accommodate your schedule.
