About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Operations Specialist to join our team at Corporate Travel Management (CTM) UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our travel services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct business in an efficient and professional manner, adhering to company procedures and guidelines.
  • Work closely with the Team Manager to support business objectives and manage remote work.
  • Utilize extensive industry experience in all areas of the reservation process, including SABRE skills and fare recalculations.
  • Develop and maintain strong communication skills, with a proactive response to client servicing at all times.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven advanced industry experience in all areas of travel management operations.
  • Sound, proven SABRE skills with the ability to manage multiple reservations and PCCs.
  • Excellent understanding of fares and ticketing, ideally to BA1/2 level or equivalent.
  • Experience of the European and American markets.
  • Ability to work independently and use own initiative to resolve problems and find solutions.
