About the Role

Howden Group Holdings is seeking a highly motivated IT Change Analyst to join our IT Governance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across various disciplines, developing valuable experience in IT Service Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain IT change processes and procedures to review proposed changes and minimize downtime of critical business systems and infrastructure.
  • Research audit-related changes to process compliance and work to implement and communicate those changes.
  • Work across the organization to communicate the relevant roles in the change and release process to all relevant parties.
  • Prepare process documentation, prepare evidence of process compliance, and answer questions posed by auditors regarding the change management process.
  • Provide relevant management information relating to all changes and releases, including detailed trend analysis to show performance.
  • Hold regular change performance reviews with global business units to discuss areas of success and areas of concern.
  • Ensure only clearly defined and sanctioned change is released to production environments, demonstrating adherence to process and appropriate documentation and approval to satisfy business and audit requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT Change Management, particularly in applying and adapting various Change governance frameworks to align with organizational culture.
  • Familiarity with financial management, control, and stewardship of IT assets and resources used in delivering IT services.
  • Knowledge of deployment and testing methodologies, along with experience in multiple project management approaches, including Waterfall and Agile.
  • Experience with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow is a plus.
