Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a Digital Design Manager to join IC Resources, a leading recruitment agency specializing in the placement of technical professionals in the Semiconductor industry.

The successful candidate will lead a team of 10-15 digital IC design engineers and be responsible for hiring, mentoring, and driving engineering execution for the digital group. The Digital Design Manager will work closely with the analog IC design, backend design, and verification teams to identify and develop solutions for design flow improvement and be the technical authority during sign-off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of digital IC design engineers and provide guidance on design flow improvement
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and develop solutions for design flow improvement
  • Be the technical authority during sign-off and ensure that designs meet the required specifications
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve design efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and address technical challenges

Requirements:

  • At least a decade of experience working within Digital IC / ASIC Design
  • A strong understanding of the complete IC design flow, from RTL coding through to physical design
  • Hands-on expertise with Verilog / SystemVerilog
  • A good understanding of high-speed / low-power designs
  • Proven experience working within a technical leadership role
