Digital Design Manager

We're seeking a talented Digital Design Manager to join our team in the UK, Switzerland, or Germany.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a diverse, multi-site digital design team, overseeing hiring, resourcing, scheduling, upskilling, mentoring, performance reviews, reporting, and engineering execution.
- Continuously improve design methodologies to meet increasing demands for quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with analogue design, physical design, and verification teams to identify design gaps, design flows, and implement improvement actions.
- Be the voice of the digital design team, managing workload and schedules, reporting to internal management and external customers.
- Strong analytical skills to translate system-level requirements into design and planning.
- Good understanding of best practices related to source code management systems, bug ticket management systems, and project development flows.
- Strong RTL coding experience (SystemVerilog preferred).
- Advanced knowledge of high-speed and low-power design techniques.
- Scripting (Python preferred) and tool setup skills.
- Understanding of Physical Design flows/challenges in deep sub-micron CMOS technologies.
- Demonstrable team building and leadership skills.
- 10+ years' experience in the semiconductor industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a digital design leadership role.
- Strong technical background in design of digital circuits in deep-submicron CMOS technologies.
- Exposure to mixed analog/digital circuits design.
- Knowledge of Product Development Life Cycle and representing the digital design discipline at project gate exits and final sign-off.
