Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating meetings and accurately documenting minutes
- Managing a bi-weekly foster panel
- Handling expense processing and maintaining up-to-date records
- Data entry, analysis, and preparation of annual case reports
- Coordinating case bookings for the foster panel meetings
- Addressing inquiries from social workers and management
- Arranging appraisals for panel participants
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in minute-taking is crucial for this position
- Prior administrative experience is necessary
- Strong organizational skills are required
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively
Benefits:
- Salary: 22,395 per annum
- Working Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8.30am - 5pm; Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm
