Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Assistant to take on a leadership role within our team at Helping Hands. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a key part in training and developing new Care Assistants to provide exceptional support to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Training and Development: Provide coaching and guidance to new Care Assistants to ensure they meet the highest standards of care and support.
  • Branch Support: Assist the branch team with auditing and compliance tasks to ensure we maintain the highest levels of quality and safety.
  • Supervision and Quality Assurance: Conduct regular spot checks and supervisions with Care Assistants to ensure they are meeting our high standards.
  • Care Planning: Review care plans with customers to ensure their needs are being met and make any necessary adjustments.
  • Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate any potential risks to our customers or staff.
