Care Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Care Supervisor to join our team at McCarthy Stone's prestigious Wayfarer Place development in Hampshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents, working closely with the Care and Support teams to deliver exceptional service.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of older people, providing a safe and supportive environment that enables them to live their best lives.
About YouWe are looking for a warm, friendly, and organised individual with experience of working in a care or support environment and excellent care skills.
You will have a strong understanding of the Health and Social Care sector and preferably hold a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification.
As a Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the security of the development, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents, and overseeing the Care and Support teams.
You will also be responsible for coordinating and facilitating activities that strengthen community spirit within the development.
We are looking for a driven individual who is committed to growing their skills and leading by example, with a passion for making a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people.
