Head of Commercial Operations

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Commercial to join our team at Radius. As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize cost savings and revenue growth across the UK Fuels network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of commercial deals and contracts to ensure optimal pricing and volume optimization.
- Manage and optimize the UK Fuels stock management process to guarantee product availability while minimizing risk and improving cost drivers.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure commercial activities are aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Director to develop and implement commercial strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Proven experience in a commercial leadership role, with a strong track record of driving business growth and profitability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
