Our client, a leading company in fleet management, is currently seeking a dedicated Fleet Administrator to enhance their operations in Solihull.

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that all daily documentation related to the clients' fleets is accurately uploaded and maintained, while also addressing any missing documents and providing updates to clients.

Key Responsibilities – Fleet Administrator

• Process vehicle SORN declarations at the client's request, ensuring systems are updated to reflect SORN status.
• Manage incoming V5C documents, promptly escalating any discrepancies to the appropriate contacts.
• Dispatch documents using established postal methods, documenting tracking numbers and associated costs as necessary.
• Scan, tag (to vehicle records), and file essential documentation, including V5C's, plating certificates, and fine notices.
• Oversee fuel card administration for clients according to agreed parameters.
• Administer fines processes for clients, including handling appeals as required.
• Add and remove vehicles from client MID accounts, conducting audits at agreed intervals.
• Manage VE103B forms and related documents to facilitate foreign travel.
• Handle parking permit administration.
• Oversee CAZ payment processes.
• Add and remove vehicles from client parking and toll accounts, ensuring regular audits.
• Administer cherished plate retention and assignment processes.
• Manage replacement plating certificate processes.
• Reconcile Fines & Taxation credit card transactions, initiating write-off requests as necessary.

Qualifications & Experience – Fleet Administrator

• A solid general education is essential.

• Proficiency in PC usage, internet navigation, and email communication is required, with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are necessary.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills are essential.
• Excellent administrative capabilities are required.
• A commitment to achieving outstanding results is expected.
