Our valued client based on the Birmingham Business Park, are seeking **TWO Customer Services Coordinator's** to join their team on a permanent basis.
Hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
The **Customer Services Coordinator** **will play a massive part of our client’s team, operating within a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibilities will include handling both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining accurate database records, and delivering first-class customer service to their clients.
**The Customer Services Coordinator x2 MUST have experience in dealing with a high volume of INBOUND & OUTBOUND calls. They must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.**
**Customer Services Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently, providing timely and professional assistance.
- Responsible for coordinating the day to day operations of different teams.
- Input data accurately into Excel and other databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and organised.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations and building strong relationships.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while always maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Previous experience in a similar customer service role, preferably within an office or retail setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to input data accurately and produce reports.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
