Guest Service Assistant Wanted

Are you passionate about customer satisfaction and loyalty? We are looking for a Guest Service Assistant to join our team and be responsible for responding to guests' feedback after they visit our restaurants. Your primary goal will be to ensure our customers' feedback is heard and addressed effectively, promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers who have left feedback on various digital platforms such as TripAdvisor, Google Reviews, etc.
- Work towards improving overall customer satisfaction by ensuring their feedback is heard, acknowledged, and addressed in a timely and professional manner.
- Regularly report to management about common feedback themes, customer concerns, and suggestions.
- Be available to work one weekend every three weeks to ensure consistent and timely customer engagement 7 days a week.

About You:

- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Comfortable using digital platforms for customer engagement.
- Ability to address customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy of information when liaising with customers.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and report to management effectively.
