The Role: Internal Communications Lead

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Internal Communications Lead to join our dynamic team. This remote role offers the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of victims and survivors by ensuring clear, consistent, and engaging communication within our organization.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all internal communication channels, including the intranet, email platforms, and other relevant tools, to effectively disseminate information and foster a connected workforce.
  • Develop and execute compelling content strategies for various internal audiences, ensuring messages are clear, concise, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Produce high-quality written materials, such as articles, newsletters, and presentations, adhering to brand guidelines and style standards.
  • Collaborate closely with departments across the organization to gather information, understand their needs, and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Analyze internal communication metrics to track engagement, identify trends, and continuously improve communication effectiveness.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing multi-channel internal communications programs within a complex organization.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a demonstrated ability to create engaging and informative content for diverse audiences.
  • Strong understanding of communication principles, best practices, and emerging trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using various communication tools and technologies.
