We are looking for a dedicated logistics coordinator to join our trading team at Cancer Research UK. As a representative of our organization, you will be instrumental in enhancing the profitability of our retail outlets by managing the distribution of donated and new merchandise.

In a lively and engaging atmosphere, you will face fresh challenges each day, whether navigating a new shopping district or showcasing your unique skills.

You will collaborate with like-minded individuals who share your dedication to combating cancer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying opportunities to collect quality donated items alongside the team
  • Facilitating smooth stock movement through the transfer of goods between various locations
  • Assisting with stock logistics for promotional campaigns and new store openings
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to supporters and patrons
  • Supporting fundraising initiatives by managing stock and equipment

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven driving experience with a strong emphasis on safety
  • Experience in manual handling within a physically demanding role
  • Ability to complete documentation and manage tasks effectively
  • Valid UK driving license with a clean driving record
  • Excellent communication abilities

This position requires travel within the region, thus the ideal candidate must reside locally and possess a full UK driving license. A manual vehicle will be provided, along with travel expenses covered by a fuel card.
