About the Position

We are seeking a committed Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic Recruitment Administration Team. This role is essential in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring a seamless hiring process.

The ideal candidate will possess a proactive and supportive demeanor, showcasing strong organizational abilities and a knack for multi-tasking. Your contribution will be vital to the overall success of our recruitment initiatives.

You will engage with individuals across various levels, from management to candidates, ensuring a positive representation of Securitas and our recruitment team.

Working Hours:

37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day)

Monday to Friday

Core hours are between 08:00 and 18:00

On-site parking available

We offer a hybrid working model, with team collaboration in the office on designated days and flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the week. Attendance at the office may be required for specific meetings and events, although additional office days are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will encompass:

  • Collaborating closely with the Recruitment Admin Coordinator to ensure all administrative tasks are executed promptly with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Serving as the primary contact for recruitment inquiries from managers, recruiters, and candidates.
  • Posting new job openings on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and various platforms.
  • Updating and re-posting existing job advertisements on recruitment sites.
  • Reviewing CV applications and coordinating with management regarding shortlisted candidates.
  • Maintaining recruitment trackers through accurate data entry.
  • Compiling data for any requested recruitment reports.
  • Coordinating interview schedules by liaising with managers to check availability.
  • Collecting feedback from managers on candidates for progression in the interview process.
  • Updating the ATS with candidate statuses and relevant notes.
  • Communicating offer details to successful candidates and assisting with the onboarding process.
  • Verifying candidates' Right to Work submissions and finalizing the recruitment process by forwarding files to Screening.
  • Collaborating with the Securitas UK Screening team to ensure candidate information is accurate and complete.
  • Assisting with Recruitment Day events as team capacity allows.
  • Supporting the Recruitment Manager in achieving recruitment goals, policies, and procedures.
  • Performing additional reasonable tasks as requested by the Recruitment Admin Coordinator.

This role requires flexibility to cover staffing needs during peak periods and to provide support for existing staff during absences.

Essential Qualifications
  • Eligibility to work in the UK with a 5-year verifiable work or educational history.
  • Proximity to the office for in-person collaboration.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills, quick learning ability, and proficiency in multi-tasking.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with the capability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Prior experience in an administrative role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and online job boards is advantageous.
  • Experience in CV screening, application evaluation, and candidate shortlisting.
