Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for the department, addressing routine and specialized inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, while effectively communicating pertinent information to stakeholders and referring to other team members as necessary.
- Manage data entry and upkeep of records within data management systems, along with the relevant correspondence.
- Oversee data input processes and generate reports from computerized systems as needed.

- Organize departmental meetings, take minutes, manage calendars, and plan administrative tasks as required.
- Address invoice inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with service guidelines, adhering to established policies, procedures, protocols, and systems to maintain quality standards and performance.
- Handle telephone communications, accurately relaying messages to the appropriate department or individual.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a dynamic administrative setting.
- Familiarity with computerized data management systems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Understanding of equality principles and the importance of diversity, along with knowledge of confidentiality and data protection regulations.
