About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Cloud Data Platforms Pre-Sales Solution Lead to join our Cloud & Applications team at Computacenter. As a key member of our solutions team, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers select the right technologies and access our professional services to drive their business forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our Solution Sales Specialists and Account Managers to identify, qualify, and progress complex transformation opportunities in the field of Cloud Data Platforms.
  • Help position technologies from leading industry partners, alongside Computacenter's core catalogue of Professional Services and Portfolio of Services for Cloud Data Platforms.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our core Data & Cloud go-to-market propositions and advocate for these amongst the sales community.
  • Represent the voice of the customer in internal forums to develop our Portfolio of Service offerings, working closely with the Solution Area Director.
  • Contribute to the development of Data & Cloud propositions and strategy of the Cloud & Applications Solution Area, working alongside our Group development colleagues and the Office of the CTO.
  • Engage with a broad virtual team across Computacenter comprising Professional Services, Group Managed Services, Solution Leaders, and Architects to help customers access and procure key technology solutions and services.
  • Identify commercial opportunities within Data & Cloud technologies and develop compelling and innovative customer solutions.
  • Assist customers in procuring Professional Services offerings, alongside Technology Solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in selling Cloud Data Platforms solutions and technologies.
  • Expertise in Cloud Data Platforms, including Snowflake, Databricks, WEKA, AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Strong understanding of the Cloud Data Platforms ecosystem and ability to identify commercial opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
