Zeeco, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Combustion Equipment Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with existing and new clients in the refining and petrochemical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact existing and new clients to offer technical assistance and promote Zeeco's products and services.
  • Identify key personnel and establish and maintain working relationships.
  • Negotiate with and influence decision makers to secure sales opportunities.
  • Assist with commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting of combustion equipment.
  • Understand end-user needs and identify sales opportunities.
  • Work to generate enquiries and follow up on open quotes.
  • Assist in closing orders and identify end-user facility maintenance turnaround dates.
  • Establish working agreements with strategic end-users and increase the productivity of Zeeco's manufacturers' reps.
  • Provide feedback to Zeeco's product groups for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Significant experience in combustion equipment and the chemical processing or hydrocarbon processing industry.
  • Experience in sales or a customer service role, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Confidence in technical abilities and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to identify and influence decision makers through effective and persuasive negotiation.
  • Independent and proactive, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
