Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot, repair, and inspect customer aircraft
- Perform and document all work according to relevant manuals and regulations
- Train and support other employees
- Conduct engine runs as required
- Repair complex aircraft systems
- Supervise Mechanics during maintenance tasks and ensure tasks are completed to the required standard
- Release line maintenance tasks performed by themselves or under their supervision
- Perform maintenance at off-site locations
- Assist with providing time and cost estimates
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests
- Use initiative to resolve difficult situations
- Typically, additional civil maintenance work experience
- Demonstrated ability to train other employees
- Part-147 approved type training
- Some experience in corporate/commercial jet experience – preferred
- EASA Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance License: B1, B2, and C
- Basic knowledge of Appendix I to Part-66
- Basic knowledge of Part-M, Part-145, and relevant regulations
- At least 6 months of relevant aircraft or component maintenance experience in any consecutive 2-year period
- Experience working with our aircraft, but will consider other Business Aircraft makes as well
- Knowledge of human factors, human performance, and limitations
- Knowledge of EWIS and CDCCL when relevant
- Experience working on at least one aircraft type for each license (sub)category in the last two years
- Current on all training requirements
- Ability to interpret and work with engineering drawings
- Ability to effectively communicate in written and verbal form on individual tasks and/or aircraft status
- Ability to use standard tools, special tools, and operate ground support equipment
- Ability to work in accordance with maintenance data and notify the responsible function of defects or mistakes requiring rectification
- Ability to use information systems (computer skills)
- Experience on business jet aircraft
