Job Summary

Bombardier's Business Aircraft London Line station is a key part of an award-winning network and serves as the flagship of Bombardier's European operation. The facility offers a range of maintenance services, including checks, modifications, and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and inspect customer aircraft
  • Perform and document work according to manuals and regulations
  • Train and support other employees
  • Conduct engine runs and complex repairs on aircraft systems
  • Supervise Mechanics and ensure tasks are completed to standard
  • Release maintenance tasks and perform off-site work
  • Assist with estimating time and costs
  • Respond to customer queries and use initiative to resolve issues
Requirements
  • Typically 2+ years of civil maintenance experience
  • Demonstrated ability to train others
  • Part-147 approved type training
  • Experience in corporate/commercial jet maintenance (preferred)
  • Engine run qualification (preferred)
  • EASA Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance License: B1, B2, and C
  • Basic knowledge of Part-M, Part-145, and relevant regulations
  • At least 6 months of relevant aircraft or component maintenance experience
  • Experience working with Bombardier aircraft, but consideration given to other Business Aircraft makes
  • Knowledge of human factors, human performance, and limitations
  • EWIS and CDCCL knowledge when relevant
  • Experience working on at least one aircraft type per license category
  • Current on all training requirements
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and communicate effectively
  • Ability to use standard tools, special tools, and ground support equipment
  • Ability to work with maintenance data and notify defects or mistakes
  • Computer skills and experience on business jet aircraft
