Job Title: Southampton FC Server

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic server to join our team at Constellation, a leading hospitality provider in the heart of Southampton. As a server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience at our bars and restaurants.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, engaging with them to enhance their experience
  • Efficiently and accurately communicate requests with kitchen and colleagues to ensure smooth delivery
  • Prepare and serve drinks, replenish stocks, take orders, and serve food to tables
  • Deliver quick and efficient food service to our guests
  • Assist with clearing tables and resetting for the next customers

Requirements:

  • 1 year+ experience in a hospitality setting
  • Living in the local area with accessibility to Southampton FC (St Marys Stadium)
  • Excellent communication and remaining calm under pressure

Working Hours:

Constellation offers a work-life balance where the working schedule suits you.

Pay Rate: £12.00
