Job Title: Senior Secretarial Administrator

Salary: £28,636

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate diary and action trackers to ensure seamless communication and task execution.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior staff, including preparing documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Arrange and coordinate travel requirements, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Oversee and manage team expenses, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Organize meetings, take minutes, and maintain accurate records of discussions and decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience in action tracker/diary management and administration.
  • NVQ Level 3 Business Administration or equivalent by experience.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

About the Team:

As a Senior Secretary for Submarines, you'll join the BCCR Team and work on various aspects of administrative support for the SSNA Programme. This role provides excellent opportunities for insight into the SSNA Programme, with support and guidance from your colleagues within the admin team. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
