About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Telesales Executive to join our team at Stoneseed Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting new business opportunities with customers who have a recruitment need for contract and permanent positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships
  2. Utilize lead generation tools, such as LinkedIn and CRM, to identify and engage with potential clients
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and updates
  4. Meet and exceed individual and team targets for revenue generation and placements

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a self-motivated and driven individual with a passion for sales and a strong ability to communicate effectively. You will also need to be comfortable with cold calling and have experience working within a team environment.

Requirements:

  1. At least 1 year's experience in outbound telesales or a related field
  2. Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
