We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Financial Shared Services team at Tunstall Healthcare. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that supplier invoices are authorized, approved, and paid in accordance with company policy and agreed terms of payment.
Key Responsibilities- Verify and process supplier invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all invoices are properly coded and accounted for in our finance system.
- Process invoices against purchase orders and ensure that purchase orders are closed in our IFS system.
- Reconcile supplier statements on a monthly basis.
- Work with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to supplier invoices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate payment.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless and efficient financial operations.
- Proven experience in accounts payable or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial software.
- Results-driven and motivated to meet and exceed expectations.
