Financial Transactions Coordinator

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, liaising with suppliers regarding account queries, and assisting with recharge reporting and invoicing. They will also conduct credit check reconciliations, process company invoices, and manage accounts payable queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the Purchase Ledger is complete and up to date prior to month end procedures being carried out.
- Process supplier invoices and liaise with suppliers regarding account queries.
- Assist with recharge reporting and invoicing.
- Conduct credit check reconciliations.
- Process company invoices and payments.
- Manage accounts payable queries.
About the Role:
This is a temporary to permanent position for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to support the Finance team of a well-established retail business based in Goole. The role involves working closely with the Finance team to ensure the smooth operation of the Purchase Ledger.
